How to Relax

Listen to our emotions. They are signals from the body telling us something.

Listen to the body. It knows what it needs.

Meditate. Quiet. Calm.

Full attention mindful breathing. Maybe with a hum sound.

Have a lazy day. Don’t be afraid of doing nothing.

Bring together the mind and the actions,

the intention and the focus in all daily activities

and you have mindfulness. All day long.

Train to attain deep depths of consciousness and calmness quicker.

People sometimes say, “Don’t just sit there, do something.” But we have to reverse that statement to say, “Don’t just do something, sit there” in order to be in such a way that peace, understanding, and compassion are possible.
