A wise person asked me what are my 5 goals for the next 6 months. As my life as shifted over this year, my goals have changed as well. If I had to write them out, which is recommended… I’d choose a goal in 5 areas: health, spiritual, career, artistic hobbies, and relationships.

To include: Tai Chi play, Relaxing movement, Restorative Poses
5. Connect with loved ones on Sundays
What are your 5 Goals for the next 6 months?
Write them out. It surprised me when I took them out of my mind and on paper (figuratively). They seem more real and achievable now.
