Every Monday, Wed, & Fri I scramble out of bed at (or around) 7am to eat my oatmeal before heading to Tai Chi class. The Y has coffee so that’s another reason to get over there. Moving Meditation and Coffee – what a Wonderful Combo. My commitment to learning the forms of Tai Chi has given me purpose and a community at the YMCA.
